Pleasant Surprise I’ve had my Dell two weeks now. Can’t beat the Amazon price and it arrived intact despite the beating the box took. Plug in the power cord and it’s ready to go. I use this computer all day every day for work and personal. It is also the wireless server for two other laptops in the office running Vista. When away from the office, I access the Dell from my iPad using SplashTop. So I am definitely working it.Hardware: I really love the look and feel of this computer. It is heavy compared to normal monitors, but hey it’s all-in-one with glass screen so is as heavy as a HDTV. I received a double articulating stand instead of the one shown. Dell, I love you but your ads really annoy me Got this machine and it was all set up and ready to go in 30 minutes. I have a Windows 8 tablet and I was pretty amazed how quickly the 2 devices sync’ed up. To be fair, I got all my Windows 8 training out of the way on my tablet. I knew what I needed to do without any fuss. The screen is huge and the resolution is great. Maps have crisp detail. Photos show up the beauty of well-taken ones and the graininess of the not-so-great. There is a lot of envy in my household from the Mac fanatic who does not have a touch screen desk computer. ( BTW this was an inadvertent by-product of this purchase. )The sound is very good. DVDs play easily. Haven’t tried a real movie yet, nor things such as downloading a movie to take it on the go and play it on my tablet. I’m still checking out the benefits of Xbox versus Netflix versys Hulu etc.The exterior rim has a couple of USB ports with 4 more on the back for the out of the way things. The hinge…
