HP has just released this new 7 inch tablet that runs the full version of Windows 8.1.Build quality for the price is surprisingly good. HP managed to get a 7 inch IPS display built into the tablet and it feels solid overall.Performance is actually pretty decent. It has a quad core Intel Atom processor that delivers about the same performance as other Atom based PCs. It is hindered by only having one gigabyte of memory, so there will be a limit to how much multitasking the machine can handle without slowing down.When running one application at time the machine feels as good as some of the inexpensive Atom based laptops I’ve looked at recently.
