Better than expected! Granted I just bought this so time will tell in terms of longevity but here is a pros/cons list.Pros:*Very professional and a good standard ATX size case.*Well made, both the exterior as well as the peripherals seem to be in excellent cosmetic condition.*Faster than Expected – I also own a DELL i660 with an i-5 (same ram same HDD) and this one is obviously faster.*Installation of Windows 7 Pro 64-bit was simple and effortless. No Bios changes needed.Cons/OtherDoes not include an operating system – I purchased a system builders copy of Windows 7 Pro 64-bit from Amazon.com (understandable for the price)The Disc drive is not a burner. It is simply a DVD ROM only. (I should have noticed this, my mistake)In order to install the Windows 7 drivers..a) Insert and run the disc labeled “ThinkServer EasyStartup”NOTE: (you may get a browser error when you click on some of the options, just answer the questions…

Fast, quiet, and affordable I purchased a TS140 with the upgraded i7-4770 processor to replace an old HP EX490 Windows Home Server. This server is phenomenal so far! The performance is fantastic and it’s very quiet. I’m using it as a home server / NAS with Windows 7 Pro, StableBit Drive Pool (instead of RAID), Plex, TwonkyServer (to stream to WDTV media players), and AirVideo HD (stream to iPads). Consistently getting over 120 MB/second when transferring files from a laptop SSD, and 1080p video streams start instantaneously. The only downsides so far: the drive configuration is a bit tricky when you have more than 2 drives, there is no sleep/hibernation support (you can still set the drives to sleep when idle in Windows), and it’s a bit large.Installing Windows 7 64-bit was a breeze. I had no problems using the Intel Graphics and Intel NIC I217 drivers from here:http://support.lenovo.com/ie/en/products/servers/thinkserver-tower-servers/thinkserver-ts140?TabName=Downloads
