    Android Productivity Tablet HARDWAREAs a device with a form factor very similar to that of the Microsoft Surface, the Remix has most of the advantages and liabilities of that design. The kickstand makes it quite usable on a flat surface, but the magnetic coupling of the keyboard, and top-heavy nature of this design make it less stable on a lap. The Remix (and Surface) is NOT a laptop. It’s something entirely different.The Remix is well provisioned with 2 Gb of RAM, 64 Gb of flash storage, and a micro-SD slot cleverly hidden under the kickstand, supporting up to 128 Gb. I am storing about 30 Gb of videos on a 32 Gb micro-SD card, which integrates seamlessly with the File Manager. Overall performance is good, and everything works well; the only nits are relatively weak sound from the side-firing speakers, and a touchpad that is not as responsive as the touchpad on a good laptop.
