This tablet offers 1GB of RAM for short-term memory and 16GB of flash memory for storing your apps, files, videos, and more. When you need additional storage space, slide in a microSD or microSDHC memory card into the card reader. You can also use the memory card for transferring data to other microSD-compatible devices. For connectivity, you can access the network via 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi to check your social-media websites and listen to online-music sharing sites. The tablet features a built-in speaker and supports Bluetooth 4.0 so you can connect wirelessly with a Bluetooth-enabled speaker for bass and louder sounds.

Sharp Visuals

The LCD panel with IPS technology brings out every detail of the display from any angle. Put that together with Zero Air Gap technology and you will see brighter and crisper images with higher contrast and better visibility in sunlight.

This tablet provides an additional boost for running your apps with the improved performance of Android 4.4 and the quad-core Intel Atom processor. They also allow up to 7 hours of battery life.

Enhanced User Experience

The anti-fingerprint coating reduces messy fingerprints and smudges, which makes the screen easier to clean. Acer’s Touch WakeApp adds one-touch gestures to both wake the tablet up and select whatever app you want instant access to.

Better than expected. I bought a reconditioned version that looks and works like new. For the money, this is a terrific buy. I was a little worried due to some bad reviews, but I am happy with the model I received. The weakest point so far would be the volume produced by the speakers and headphone jack, although I found out by checking the settings that the master media volume was set at only the halfway point. Additionally I tried two different headphones and the first one was disappointingly weak but the second, better set of headphones, sounds very good, so the fault for some users might be in the headphones themselves. The tablet is pleasingly fast and snappy. I am pleased with the display, which to my eyes looks bright, sharp and clear. Interestingly the model I received has an HDMI port though I thought the specs for the -131U version didn’t include one. I’ve played a few short videos and playback is smooth with no stutters. I don’t play actions games, so can’t comment about its ability in that…
