These are the most best sounding headphones I’ve had. even straight from the box, and the bass showed significant improvement after only a few hours of use
They are light, comfortable and have amazing clarity, even with their bass response. No dirty bass at all, it sounds crisp and heavy, even at low volumes. They are a significant improvement over the other sets I have a Grado SR80i and Sennheiser HD280 Pro, the construction seems better than the 280 the. With fixed supports and rotation on the cups and a reinforced cable to the connector The cable is long enough to reach into my living room to my receiver with extra to spare wire, and with the straight cable version, which I do not get. The tangles that I came with my 280
All around great headphones, and I’m really happy with them. Awesome music headphones, but the clarity makes them great with dialogue in movies and the bass playing is too powerful without being intrusive.

I’m not a professional, I’m just a person who really loves music, and I do not know much of all the information on this headset. What I can offer is what I did, how these headphones sound perspective of an average person.
First off, I have these headphones about a year ago, and I did it. for about $ 130, including taxes When I got it, it sounded pretty good, just about as good as my pair INK’D earphones skullcany (the earbuds are pretty awesome, though they do break after about three months). Before you buy the headphones, I read a few reviews on how these headphones need to be “burned”. I did some research on google and found out what “burn” was (basically plug in the headphones and playing white noise / pink noise for a certain number of hours). So I have burned in my headphones for about 60 ish hour (I was not really count, I only played the noise while I worked homework). To my surprise, they sounded better then. The m50 headphones is actually better as it ages (to get the sharper voices the tones of natural).
Honestly, I love this pair of headphones (they sound much better than mine (5) Couples skullcandies now) for several reasons:
    – I do not feel it after a while. It feels like I’m just simply not bear
    – The material is pleasant (I have really flat straight hair and an average head) and is not too big or small
-. The sound quality is amazing. I’m not kidding when I say that the voices are so much sharper. The sound quality is really balanced. The skullcandies tend to put more weight on the heavier side of music (beats, etc). A classic piece that sounds as good as a deadmau5 song but say the M50 (which is pretty darn good)
-. The headphone jack is built really well. It will not fall apart like my skullcandies
soon to know a few things that might be helpful:.
    – the cord is insanely long. I had to stop to get a tape of it the most. Otherwise I end up tripping or tangling it
-. The sound quality is still really amazing at low volume. My ears are really sensitive (more than an hour or two with the skullcandies at the lowest volume is on my I-pod my ears feel terrible) and the M50 does not hurt my ears. I listen to the m50 is for 4-5 hours a day, and my ears are fine (the volume is usually at 2-4 on my laptop, a Dell Studio)
-. I wear glasses, and after a while the spectacle frame have an indent on the sides of the headphone cushions. I would not advise wearing flimsy plastic frameless glasses with this headphone
-. The headphones block sound pretty good. When I on, I definitely can not hear my mother talk (sorry, Mom). I hear her voice when she calls, but I can not the words. . I travel with my family a lot, and the headphones did a good job blocking out
aircraft noise – this fold pretty well. It took me a while to figure out how to fold since they rotate, twist and turn every which way
    – What do I even hear. J-Pop, J-Rock, Rock, Pop, Classical, Techno, a little country, na. Yes, a bit of everything concerned
The only thing I’m looking for these headphones is where the cable connects to the left “ear”. It’s not as strong as the headphone jack. I do not believe it should be?
I have no other headphones, so I do not really compare to the M50, but if the price drops more than 130, I’d (pulls out my current pair never home) a second pair. Some of the old reviews say that these headphones are used at 100, but I doubt that the price would ever fall that low again. I should probably stop procrastinating and get back to my homework now.

Now I have these headphones for about a week and a half, and I love ’em. They are not ideal for all listening situations, however. I use the M50S with a target = FiiO E11 Portable Headphone Amplifier iPad a FiiO L3 Line Out Dock (LOD) Cable , or to my laptop via the cable that comes with E11 (which plugs into the headphone / audio out jacks on computers, MP3 players, iPads and iPhones, etc). gives me great sound when on various alternative and rock stations with the TuneIn radio app for iPad or lossless music on my laptop. But when I watch a movie on my iPad or laptop, I prefer one of my Sennheiser HD555 Professional Headphones , because they have a better sound than the M50S. open back headphones, like the 555S, typically more than spacious soundscapes closed headphones, such as the M50S. (“Soundscape” refers to the perception of the distance of the source. If a car from behind in a movie scene left approaches, with the 555S I can see easily, his listening position and can “feel” / her approach, while I do not, but such a feeling of depth or soundscape with the M50S at listen to rock with the 555S, I do not understand the sense of immediacy and presence -. still nearly as much bass -. how the M50S, so I’m glad to do it, that I have both headphones) I wanted
the straight cable version of the M50S because of past experiences with spiral cable headphone cable always stretched and unsightly over time. The straight cable is 11 meters long, which means that they can be flipped up and rubber-banded or twist-tied, if the M50S is a portable music player by someone traveling or moving much.

must be used that I like the M50 ear pads for around $ 20 a pair (currently, and did not appear by Amazon) can be replaced. I own a pair of Sennheiser HD580s that old now, over ten years, and the ear pads are pretty much worn out, that wearing the 580s very uncomfortable and no doubt adversely affect the audio quality. replacement ear cushions for The 580s will cost around 50 €! (replacement earpads for AKG Quincy Jones Q701 headphones retail for about $ 35 per person or $ 70 for a pair!) to the M50 headphones circumaural, which means that their ear cushions the ears (unlike sit on your ears as opposed ear headphones) cover, and cover my ears quite good (I would say that my ears somewhere between medium and large are).
And I like that the M50S can be folded up, stored and executed in soft leatherette carrying case they come up with. folded and folded the M50S cable could fit, tight, in a box, about the 5 “x 7” x 4 “.
My hat size is 7 8.5 (approximately 23 7/8 inches), and while the M50S me fit well and are quite comfortable, feel after an hour or so they start looking a bit uncomfortable, so that I get that “tightening” feeling that talk headphones carrier begin. At this point I start adjusting the headphones a bit. Some people deal with this kind of problem by their headphones, say, a head-sized speaker stretch out to them, but I’m not like that, because I take it for granted that my head causes the M50S in Over time, stretch, and I would not risk it, put it in the direction of becoming not tight enough. And note how many of the reviewers M50S, they get hot after a while (very quickly if I wear them while working out on an elliptical exercycle or otherwise after about an hour). When wearing them during training I need a towel or cloth on hand, if I have to wipe the sweat from the pads. But I soon found the headband quite comfortable.
I like the M50S for listening to classical music, while there are some classical music I prefer to listen to the above Sennheiser HD555s (eg Opera, I find the benefits of earphones with spacious Soundscapes).
If you’re in the market for headphones and
considering the M50S, I recommend that you check Tyll Herstens “positive (he recommends it) YouTube review of M50S (that is, both on YouTube and on Mr . Herstens “excellent site Inner Fidelity available, there is also a written review on Inner Fidelity). Mr. Herstens has made some serious technical research on the question of headphone burn-in, and you can use its products can be found at the Inner Fidelity (once on the site, the search for “burn-in” or “break-in” ).
