(Note before Reading: The unit I have seems Saycool with Android 2.3 Now, they have a different device, the upgrade from the one I have is my assessment is more than all the features seem to be the same or better., but just keep in mind that you might be a model differs from the one I get out.)
After weeks of debate on the Kindle Fire and the reading the reviews I decided not, one, because of the bad reviews and get no MicroSD slot. So what now looked? Was this tablet, and soon there were several versions of this Cortex Box10 Tablet now available for much less than the Kindle . could find some videos of him in action on Youtube, plus saw these reviews, and it took, especially in a position to someone with it for 10 minutes (just search youtube for “Cortex A710) to see
Surprisingly, it came in just three days! Worked perfectly out of the box, wifi setup was a breeze. It only had a small fee, so I was able to connect and work with him during the charging process., Which is a huge step from my semi-intelligent LG Env touch phone! Touchscreen works great! Downloaded a bunch of free apps from the Android Market and they work great.
The screen is nice and bright, and the colors are vibrant. Netflix is working perfectly, just like youtube. I prefer the browser with the brand name came browser. I could not this for hours .. in fact, I
it just about 7 hours, when it arrived, and it had no faults at all.
This was my first tablet, I’m impressed and very happy with this product and would highly recommend it. It’s fast, videos are smooth, easy to start, right away. I plan on using him in the church with our wireless projection system and will allow an addendum to this post, if this has happened
, Addendum, Day 3 with this tablet. The manual is in Chinglish, but if you google “Android 2.3 User Guide” you will find many links to good manuals in English that apply to this tablet as it is the generic 2.3 Android system is on it. I recommend you do this because you get a lot more out of the tablet. I grow more impressed with this every hour. Best $ $ I have spent in ages. Even if a particular model is not in stock, it seems to be a wave of this platform comes from China with a number of different names be. They all seem the same.

supplement, Day 5: .. added 16gb SD card, and now have a lot of videos and files on your tablet, and all my epub pound Utterly, totally thrilled with this tablet wish I could get up a year ago. I can not wait until the new church use wireless projection system. As another reviewer has said, it was glued to my hand. I am one of those new TruConnect 3g USB devices with the low wages as you buy option, so I can have internet with me and when I’m not around at home or a public WiFi
Addendum:. 3/2/12, over a month later sets, tablet to be great Finally! has to. try the HDMI output and was stunned to see it in fact plays out 720p HD video to a monitor Do you have the cable for around $ 5 here on Amazon. I was also glad to see a Kindle app that I can use the tablet as a Kindle reader, you … also gives you access to all the Kindle books you ordered, free access
Addendum 4/6/12: Tablet rock still, and it works with my church Wireless video presentation! System can play videos in 720p on our big screen projector and send Very cool also, instead of getting the Kindle app if you have a lot of epub books, I recommend the Aldiko reader, which is free android Another tip;.!. I am able to use a USB AC adapter / charger, a 4 year old to own smartphones I (larger end as the new USB plug). I recommend using one of these instead of the power supply that comes with it. The usb plug “keeps itself” the tablet, the better, I am using is compatible with the Motorola phone q … on Ebay really cheap
Addendum: … Battery Life I found that by turning the brightness of the screen to the lowest, the battery life has more than doubled, but the difference was not really noticeable in terms of display. In fact, the bright setting is very bright, I’d say more than necessary. It looks great on the low setting and I would say I’m getting about six or seven hours of operation on a single charge
Addendum 9/14/12:.! so about 9 months with no problems and this best electronic device I’ve used. Do it first thing in the AM-mails and messages to check it used every night as Kindle reader. Use it on my Church meetings to take notes, you use Google Calendar, or surf the Internet when boring meetings.

That’s what what I had hoped for. I had been looking all over the internet for day to read prices and reviews, and I finally decided to take a chance with this. . Not disappointing at all

    Pros: The screen is big
means five-point touch that recognizes up to five contacts at a time, Android 2.3, the latest interface from which most smartphones and works great on the tablet, 4 gigs on the hard drive, the better than 2 gigs, most tablets have for this price range, it is quite fast especially for the price, it has the official Google Android Market is not the apps library, with a beautiful brown case shipping is on time, user is in English, the case is sturdy and seems well made, take some time and browser, facebook, youtube, twitter, amazon, etc. all work smoothly.

    Cons: the camera
(only in the front) is not the best 0.3 Megapixel, which is a little better than my nonsmart phone. The picture is fine for skyping and some quick shots, but it’s definitely not a photographer’s best friend. Some applications sometimes crash when it is loaded, but you just get back into it, and they work.
Overall it is a great web browser, movie watcher, book reader, child entertainer / teacher and social communicator. It is not an ipad, but I would venture to say it, you get more for your money buying this than buying an iPad because you do many of the same things for a fraction of the price. Also, it is not a laptop. Speed, memory and storage capacity are definitely limited compared to a laptop or desktop. More than worth the effort, what you pay for.

I think this is as clear and concise as possible friends
    Pros:. rooted
-Comes with android 4.03 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
    -very sleek and elegant
    ergonomic design on the hands
    front camera for skype
volume is just right, no need for headphones
-comes with a black leather case
    HDMI connection (remember, their c-type)
-mini sd port br up to 32GB
    -bright, clear and vibrant screen
    -usb rechargeable
    stable WiFi connection -super cheap
videos play unbelievable (from my sdcard) quickly and correctly
    disadvantages: it
-touch is capacitive, but lag on web browsing, with a full swipe of the screen move is only about 1/4 of the actual swipe. I’m not sure if this is a browser problem, because the touch screen is perfect for snes emulators / Gaming and sketchbook, I’m an update. when I use to tweak him missing and incompatible applications on Google, here’s the downlow on this, youtube, amazon market chase, not mobile, angry birds (I do not even play this game, I just wanted to check for compatibility), and other important applications are compatible with this.I Download the latest apk for these apps but without success, it would just say. “not compatible with this device” And I will update if I find a solution
Web browsing is painful. Slowly, my htc evo 3 times faster than this tablet, which makes it a bummer.
-Internal memory is incorrectly named sdcard EXTSD named so that all the downloaded appps to your internal memory. External memory is so I’m just moving every element from sdcard (internal) manually on EXTSD (external) through a file manager.
-back, are not lit at home and radio buttons, which isn t ‘much of a con, but if you want to at night with this in a dark room, while lurking on reddit its kind a disappointment haha.
-Battery life is ok I get only 4 hours of use on wifi reading manga online.
So basically the reason why I gave it only 3 stars because of the play of incompatiablity about problems with google and the mega slow web browsing, which may or may not be an ICS to question 4.03. Those are the two things to consider when buying an Android device usually not be a problem. I do not mind the battery life and fun touch screen web browsing, but the earlier issues should not be a problem, from the box.If these things do not bother you, I recommend this tablet because it absurdly cheap.’s I’ve only had it so for a week, if anything else comes to me will update my review. I hope this review helps and if you have some solutions for my qualms feel to express themselves freely or email me back.

HP checked the HP TouchPad 8-18-11 NEWS 12-09. HAS HP, webOS to Open Source So it is expected that many new developments by third parties WITH SUPPORT SEE HP plans to continue in webOS INVEST. and plans can ANOTHER WebOS tablet in 2013. ATTACHED TO MY VIDEO.
    (overclocked to 1.5Ghz)
First, if you are a geek or not, promotes the Touchpad along with the webOS Homebrew community great advantages over their competitors, and this has been often overlooked by reviewers. I have my video that shows the performance of an enhanced Touchpad running at 1.5Ghz. however not be confused, the HP Touchpad still performs fast with the original speed of 1.2 GHz. I’m just a very busy person and a little obsessed with technology plus I wanted to express what the Touchpad can spice up (within an hour of your time) if you really wanted something.
    I was a IPAD2 USER .
I have my first Touchpad since launch day July and before the upgrade I have seen significant improvements in my work productivity overall. past, I was an iPad2 user and now that I have the Touchpad, I believe, There is absolutely NO WAY I would go back to the iPad2. The touchpad is really outshines the iPad2 when you want to be productive. It’s more than just a good business asset, I find it really enjoyable for entertainment purposes, great sound, movies , 3D gaming and YouTube videos directly from YouTube itself MY NEW SKILL
.. After more than a month strong with the device, I feel like I’ve joined “Touchpad Power User.” However, I am discovering more and improve new good things for my daily use. An example is the 5 applications stacked together and bounce from one another with two button presses. As a personal trainer, which is always on the workout floor, this is a handy skill. I I often stack Calendar, Email, Tracking App, Stop watch, and Notepad all together and it gives me the ability to monster-task during a client session.
TIPS FOR THE NEW BUYER one
. During set up patiently . to be The device is always gathering information in the background and you may think that it’s finished, you may need to create a webOS account, but it’s pretty easy
2 system restart:.. Do it properly by going to Settings / Device Info / Reset Options / Restart not only hold the power button
    3. Update! Go to Settings / System Updates. restart prompt
    4. Apps open up faster the second time and the third time, you will see a significant improvement in speed. Sometimes lightning fast.
5 Get the case. No more complaining on finger prints.
6th If you ever still want your Touchpad to perform even faster to install homebrew applications. This is a strong community. report I have attached a video, so you can do what an overclocked 1.5GHz Touchpad can. But with Homebrew and open Source There is more you can do than just this upgrade.
    THICKNESS, APPS and rear camera?
I thought I would not miss the rear camera to the iPad2 anymore, but after some thought, I realized that my cell phone camera better pictures and video will anyway! Apps? I currently have 33 apps installed on my Touchpad and excited with the catalog growth so far. thickness? With the thin Touchpad case there’s not much significance compared to an iPad2 in a thick casing installed (mine was plastic.) So the iPad2’s thin factor is not much difference.
    negative things?
Skype and messaging seems to be under polished. Can not figure out if I Skype I signed and my old Pre will not work in SMS. Maybe later? One more thing! The Touchpad is very addictive. you want to do more because you can, but you drain the battery as well!

review is from: HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32 GB 9.7-Inch Tablet Computer (Personal Computers)

Bought this from Amazon, as always, it has rapidly. My back ground is, I have an iPad and asus windows tablet belongs. After trying out I was still unsatisfied with the products. It was not me that what I was looking for. I wanted a tablet with good battery life, good aps, experience the ‘real’ web, do some entertainment (videos, games, music), keep myself with social media are connected, and finally some notes for work / things everyday of . Looking at the reviews and the advertisements I gave the HP touchpad go
The allocation is based on a few days exp:.
    OS: A + HP OS
is probably the highest point in this tablet.
Synergy makes the whole multitasking a breezy and keeps everything in synch. The entire process to be connected your email, Facebook, and calendar is simple.
you can only do so many things out of the box, no need to go hunting for apps.
No Icons Everywhere in the. You can start screen
the entire Internet without black screens because of “missing a plugin” looking
    APPs. B
HP App market is lacking. You could take in to account in order that it just started and have more offspring. If you are patient you’ll start seeing new every week. Of what is available NOW you can manage. . There are games and several productivity apps worth to
    Hardware: B-
This is the weakest thing for me for the HP TouchPad. Each tablet on the market right now. Front / back camera, expandable memory slot, HDMI output, and Real USB connections
HP TP has front camera, max 32 gb memory and a Micro-USB port. WTF … Missing big time.
If your like me that’s options for inputs / outputs like this is a low blow.
Screen for HP TP is great, all the pictures and videos look nice and I think the resolution is fine. The touch response is good too.
battery is good too. 5-6 hours. If you leave it the whole night it is a little battery. . Not much standby power
    Price: B-
The majority of tablets are 300-499 range. The 32 gb TP is ~ 560 dollars in amazon. Hardware wise its not worth it. . A little too steep for the competition
Conclusion: HP TouchSmart OS only the seller could here for people who are looking for something friendly and do real multitasking be. Or people who do not like Android and iOS.
Price and Hardware are big negatives. Probably the best thing is this is when the price falls below 450 or wait for the second generation.
You have to see just what is important to you and what. exactly do you “need” in a tray

For me I might keep this 🙂 update 9-9-11

after the prices tanked cause of the announcement of HP not supporting it anymore. I returned mine (full refund from amazon) and actually bought another for 135 from hp.com 🙂
    why I buy another?
Because it’s just a simple and ingenious product.
HP has announced continued support for the apps and updates.
true what she’s done a recent update and just came up with a new edition of the HP magazine for the touchpad, which is a nice idea, is to discover new apps.

    here are some pluses:
    + HP has a 50 buck credit for apps + free box.net
    50 GB storage + online
found Preware homebrew community, the published apps and all that you think can add a whole different experience. You have an app to overclock the CPU 🙂 + new apps added
    be
weekly + noticed faster internet and processing with updates with the touchpad
is cheaper. Give this a try. Support it for a while because over 250k units are out there and make more HP. Developers love the touchpad.
update 12/15/11 + I keep using my TP. The apps are still flowing and the web is as easy to use on this.
+ HP fired their previous CEO and the new announced that Palm OS will be open source. Open source is like the android. What’s a positive thing, because it’s guaranteed way or form updates and new applications from developers.

I am a certified mac guy, I have
the iPhone 4, iPad, Macbook Pro, etc. .. I now share my support with the HP TouchPad. The webOS 3.0 is really pretty amazing. I do not think it would make much of a difference in the use of a tablet, but it’s outstanding, and here’s why:
    1) uses the integration of so many mainstream services today (you probably have some fancy term for this concept. )
    2) Flash plays well
    3) Services missing on the iPad like Grooveshark and Amazon’s cloud music all work
    First, the services:.
    On my TouchPad, I judge
my email (yahoo, google, and microsoft exchange) Skype

    Dropbox AIM LinkedIn

Facebook (there were others, but I do not Snapfish, and Photobucket, etc. .. even a “find others” seems)
I love this integration of all these mainstream services! It’s really clever.
While my iPad very app- centric feels more like webOS 3.0 “The Matrix has you.” It takes your online world and puts it into the tablet. I love it. All of these sites that I often interact with each other seamlessly, so I get the stuck feeling I “jacked in” am.
A major strength of the TouchPad is the web functionality that will not work on the iPad. For example I have Amazon’s cloud music player and Grooveshark just fine (awesome!) ran .
On the other hand, the apps are slim, but trust me, they will come fast and furious over the next year, like a modern-age gold rush. As someone who has ported over my C + + has game engine and product (atPeace) to TouchPad from IOS, I can tell you that it was pretty easy, and others will surely follow. This version 1 of the product is the closest a tablet to compete with Apple, developers will soon be pouring over .
My only real gripe is not having NetFlix working with it yet This is I’m sure, but something I on my iPad a lot, and I miss:.. (
Overall I would say if you want something for business reasons or a tablet to your online presence, or just a good tablet which can run flash are built, this could be for you. I love my iPad, do not get me wrong, but for a long time that I do not see why anyone was realistically imagine that they could compete with the iPad. I think Apple has it sooooo good. Well, I understand why. WebOS 3.0. Not
discount this device, it has a great potential We finally should improve a good competitor for Apple in the tablet world, which make both products

This review is from: Pandigital Novel 2GB 7-Inch WiFi Multimedia Android Tablet and Color eReader R70E200 (Black) – Factory Remanufactured and warrantied (Personal Computers)

As Color eBook Reader, Pandigital Novel (R70E200) seems like a great value. One obvious factor is the lower cost because you. A factory remanufactured unit for around 1/3 the cost of a B & N Nook Color Moreover, there are other factors to consider smaller
    – The Novel display (800×600 resolution) has a side ratio of 1.33 to 1, while the display has a wider NOOKcolor aspect ratio of 1.7 to 1 So, even though they all have the same size of 7 inches, the screen is the planet actually 10% larger in area! As an eReader this larger area is a big advantage. On the other hand, a wider screen is better for watching movies
    – The Novel is very lightweight when compared NOOKcolor. Only 7 oz instead of 15 oz So it is easy to hold with one hand while reading. Note that the Amazon product description page says ’12 oz ‘, but that’s the weight of the previous WHITE model ( Pandigital 72-70FW ). The black model is slightly smaller and much lighter
-. The Novel comes pre-installed with the NOOK eReader app. You can easily install other free eReaders (such as ‘FBReader’), then click ‘Go Project Gutenberg’ site and download free eBooks to your heart’s content .. Unfortunately, the Amazon Kindle app is not backward compatible Novel
On the other side, there are many restrictions that you need to know about the Novel, especially if you want to use it as a multimedia internet tablet:
    – The novel has a slower processor (800 MHz single-core) and very limited . RAM (256MB) This makes it painfully slow doing any task, even when entering text using the Android keyboard
-. Its resistive touchscreen is very slow, you have to press down and for about 0.5. second HOLD for them no need to register, it works pretty well if you use the included stylus, though
-…. Novel runs an ancient Android 1.5 operating system Thus, most new apps are not compatible, it comes with a ” SlideMe ‘market, which has very limited selection of apps. That is, no Angry Birds! You can about running YouTube, Amazon Appstore and Google Android Market forget
-. The included video player has a very limited ability. It should support MP4, but only in SP (Simple Profile). I have tested many MP4/AVI files on them and most of them can not be decoded. Play Even those few files, can still suffer from jerky motion
-. Its battery life is quite pathetic at just 3-4 hours (manufacturer claims 6 hours). Then it will take about 6 hours to charge fully.
    [Conclusion] The Pandigital Navel
makes a very good, inexpensive color eBook reader. But if you expect to use it as a multimedia internet tablet, you will be sorely disappointed. Nevertheless, consider its present low price, it could serve as an introductory product to the world of Android tablets. Just do not expect it to perform like the real thing. If you want to step up to a passable tablet without much, you should Pandigital Planet R70A200 place .

I purchased this Pandigital Tablet to use in college. I was looking for a simple and cost saving opportunity for money on textbooks. I’m so glad I made the decision to purchase this tablet! It is easy to use and I’m not weighing myself down carrying heavy books on my back. Someone mentioned that they were slower than others on the market but I have not really noticed. I spent several hours, with the tablet reading my textbooks without the battery discharged. I’ve done my homework breaks to surf the Web, check email and chat with friends on Facebook. I’m a bargain hunter, thrifty to the core. At this price it’s a real deal!

After using a Kindle or other e-reader I thought I would go to the Pandigital a shot. Save some money and get a little more than just an e-book. I am happy with my purchase.’s novel works well. Not as fast as other e-readers or tablets on the market, but good for what I use it for, books. Text is very clear and of course you can zoom in or out to suit your needs. Menus are easy to figure out and navigate.
