I have my HP 520-1020 all-in-one touch screen computers for a few days now. It came in just 3 days from TN to TX with the standard amazon free shipping for items over $ 25. Since they do not have a tower, I have my HP sitting on a cart with wheels next to my bed so I can get online or movies after I get in bed at night. It has a keyboard on the screen that I pull it up to use in my bed in the dark, so I did not bother with the wireless keyboard and mouse. It also has a writing box, I pull it up and either print out sentences or write them by hand. Then it types what I write and add them to a new e-mails, etc. could
for films no longer the image perfectly on the 23 “screen. And the beats sound system speakers sound almost as good as my 1000 watt home theater system. When I turned up the volume all the way, it would blow me out. No need for external speakers, I love it. The only thing that is left HP some critical information from the owners’ manual, as the situation the power on. It took me almost an hour to find it, because it is placed very strange. I could not find a tech support number in the HP manual, just online support that I could not find the Power key to online-LOL. Also missing in the instructions was how to dim the brightness of the screen. For movies, the brightness to its maximum as it was needed. But for e-mail, etc., it is much too bright.’s I finally found that I can go to the Control Panel and then click “Change screen saver.” When that appears, you can “change level”, and a scale will come at the end of the page, where you can adjust the brightness can.

I purchased this from Amazon on Saturday showed there
to 3 days up later, with free delivery. Very simple and run
keyboard and mouse are wireless, and batteries were
been to both. computer is very well put together, it’s made from high quality materials and solid.
If its an all in one, I am very surprised at how quiet the monitor is
surprised, because that’s where the whole computer is on the monitor.
The only difference I between this and can say the more expensive
HP All-in-one seems to be a faster Intel chip, more memory and his tv tuner.
The computer I bought is so fast, I can not imagine why You need to be a
    faster processor, and I can
it into a high def tv. I am very happy with this purchase, so .. far
push the thumb touch screen works well as an iPad, but
I like using the mouse, then touch screen is not important to me

My husband and I went to Best Buy last weekend a new computer at home . purchase I did a little homework and thought we were all on a gateway. Satisfied in a computer, but the sound system was not very good and the salesperson showed us an HP all in one We both liked it immediately. The Beats Audio is for listening to music, movies and video-excellent sound quality. Once we started their interest in purchasing this particular computer it at all warranty and “protection” BS. We decided to go home and search online for some reviews on this model before we committed ourselves. I went online and the reviews were generally large. I I landed a few on Amazon and thought, why the hec we should buy this computer at Best Buy? We never had any big ticket items online before purchase, but I have friends who have done it, and the Amazon reviews pretty much stated that customer service with Amazon was stellar. Got over the mental hurdle and ordered last Sunday, 01/15/2012. Opted for the free shipping. Long story short, instead of after the arrival arrival between 1/23 and 1/31 (free delivery timeline) it came three days after I ordered it on 1/18. We both love our new computer. There is a lot of fun and fits our needs perfectly. Will definitely consider ordering electronics from Amazon in the future.

I’m building computers for 15 years, and I can say that this is the easiest and most trouble-free installation is still
    My system consists of:.
    1 i7 2600 processor
    2 nVidia GT440 card
    3 2TB WD Black Drive
    4 16gb ram
sixth Samsung DVD Player / Recorder 240GB OCZ SSD

    7th 8th
    Windows 7 64bit
9th Internal flash card reader I had some concerns about the small 300W power supply, but the system is completely stable. I’m really impressed with how fast Apple, as this machine is convincing both in terms of form and function. install is very simple. all well spent. no sharp edges. processor appears to the right quieter than stock in. ICE cooling fan and the CPU runs cool even under load. Fairly quiet, even though the fan has a slightly annoying whine at first, then calms down after 10 minutes or so. Not sure why it does this. with no problems . in Windows 7 64 bit drivers Overall I’m quite happy with my choice

Here is the other pieces that I put into the system.
    Intel i7 2700 CPU Intel Core i7-2700K 3.50 GHz Quad-Core unlocked
SIIG FireWire card SIIG FireWire 2-Port PCIe (NN-E20012-S2)
    Corsair XMS3 16GB memory (4x4GB) Corsair XMS3 16GB (4x 4GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 Memory Kit for AMD and Intel Dual Channel processors CMX16GX3M4A1333C9
Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB system boot drive I’ve had for a year or more.
Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB data drive as a secondary internal drive.
I had also installed an old DVD drive I lying around, so I could install a few things about DVD.

I’m happy with my system and the Windows 7 Experience, the numbers for those who are interested. These pictures were figures. Using the graphics hardware in the motherboard via the DVI and HDMI ports . I drive two 24 “Dell UltraSharp monitors (at 1920 x 1200) with no problems at all
    Processor: 7.6
    memory: 7.6
    Graphics: 6.5
    Gaming: 6.5
    Primary hard disk: 5.9
I tried a couple of PCIe graphics cards, and while they got a slightly better experience rating, it was not worth the increase in noise made the system.
the EVGA GeForce GT 440 I got a rating of 6.7 for both graphics and gaming scores. EVGA GeForce GT 440 1024 MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics 2DVI/Mini-HDMI Card, 01G-P3-1441, KR
I use this system as the computer component into a Flex Radio 5000A Software Defined Radio system, so I needed to make sure it would work well and would be a RF low impact on my home and radio setup. it has great in all aspects. the SIIG FireWire card also does the connection to the radio and everything will work well together. PowerSDR running the software along with many other applications I rarely see my usage jump over 10%, so I have no problems with lost audio. I have no concerns other applications and run entirely by the computer, as I work on the radio.
    As you can see above
, my weakest link of the hard drive, which I hope to replace it with an SSD boot drive in the near future.

5 stars, it’s really a great system, I am very happy with him and give him a thumbs up to

I never write reviews, but this thing exceeded my expectations and deserves praise: My config Sandy Bridge i7 2600k @ 3.4GHz 8gb ram intel 320ssd. I use this as a HTPC and once in a while gaming rig. This thing is silence i accidentally turned it off thinking was. 60C idle is about 35c load. Onboard graphics with HDMI very impressive: I played DS2 high settings without delay. Also have the option of a graphics card if you book with. I’ll post pictures of my setup when my new camera arrives.

This review is from: VIZIO Thin and Light CT14-A0 14-inch Ultrabook (Personal Computers)

I have to admit that I do not expect the world, I once picked up this model to take as a secondary notebook on vacation, for general family use, if one of the main computer goes off into the weeds, or perhaps to use a dedicated Linux machine. I did not buy it from Amazon, but from a well-known national retailers, it offers at the price was too tempting to resist at the time.
The build quality is excellent and the unit features a sleek, understated design. For web browsing, email, watching videos, photo editing (cropping, red-eye correction, and the like), and typical office tasks (word processing, spreadsheets and presentations), the Intel Core i3 processor in this model (the CT14-A0) is crazy fast. I love the crisp, bright 14-inch display and 1600 x 900 resolution, too many ultrabooks offer only the generic low-end 1366 x 768 resolution
on the keyboard is a pleasure to give and I. ‘M feel I. Slightly larger beveled keys as far more than the traditional island-style keys on my Sony laptop I noticed a bit of keyboard flex, but I am a heavy typer and have experienced a certain amount of flex on any laptop / notebook that I have ever used, the keyboard is still top notch, as far as I’m concerned. Because of the types of math problems I do, I more typically with a Bluetooth mouse with laptops / notebooks, as I do the trackpad, but I think I can get used to the trackpad, one by the way, it is New drivers for the trackpad on Vizio site.
It is a full-size (not micro) HDMI port for connecting audio and video on a large monitor or TV. (. An HDMI cable is not included, of course)
sound quality was better than I expected, though a disclaimer is in order: I do not usually listen to music while you work, and I m no audiophile.
A big plus for me is that this computer is a Microsoft signature model, which means that it comes with a clean Windows 7 (Home Premium 64-bit) installation. It is to uninstall any of the typical crapware. The usual software features are already available, such as Microsoft Security Essentials, Adobe Reader, Flash Player, and so on. The SSD is not to make a funky partitioning scheme reversed, there is only a single partition. I guess not to waste no time in setting up the system and run properly
    three potential drawbacks:
    * There is no SD card slot, you will find an easy. inexpensive USB adapter for your flash memory card, if that’s a problem, but without a dedicated slot, you will not be able to SD card securely mounted as a kind of secondary hard drive for additional storage.

    * There are only two USB ports, one on each side;. the good news is that they are both USB 3.0
    * The keyboard is not illuminated, however, the screen is bright and the keyboard. is silver, if that helps
My humble suggestions for future models of Vizio.
    * Insert an SD card slot
    * Make sure that two USB ports are located on the same side of the computer (such as two ports are often required when using an external USB-powered hard drive or optical drive).
    * Offer a high-end Pro model with a larger SSD and more memory (256-GB SSD and 8 GB memory options would be sweet, with Windows 7 Professional (and, when the time comes, Windows) 8 Professional.
    * Keyboard backlighting is not a deal-breaking issue (for me at least), but many find it to be a useful feature, so why not this? If
none of the disadvantages of a problem for you, it’s hard not to want for this machine. It seems that Vizio sat back and watched to develop the ultrabook market, learned from the mistakes of others, and only a first line of excellent ultrabooks most of the right notes hit publish I am delighted to see more of Vizio in the ultrabook market

I have several laptops, XPS, Alienware, Gateway P7805U, Acer Aspire 11.6 Netbook, Macboo Air
    What should I prefer?
    XPS for work.
    Alienware and Gateway for gaming
    Casual Browsing -> Vizio 14 “
    Pros: Very light
    – It feels lighter than air
Solid – surpasses build quality. . the air
rubberized bottom -. You know that feeling when you are cold metal Macbook air put on the thighs, and I hate that feeling Vizio really got it right, the bottom is rubber coated
Screen – .. . If I’m not mistaken on the screen is a 1600 x 900 IPS and Looks better than the air
    drawbacks..
no backlight keyboard … That makes it very difficult to use, night.
track pad is almost useless -. Even with the new firmware … I like a mouse anyway, but seriously … It is soo bad …
    Conclusion I would recommend this
Air notebook has a get Simply because it’s $ 300 less expensive – $ 400 and it is seriously one of the best laptops I’ve ever used

Professional reviews have tended to criticize the keyboard and touchpad, but I think that’s written a largely a response to the promotional interviews on the edge that this computer has the best keyboard and touchpad on Windows laptops explained. Though I can not say, the input devices are the biggest ever, I find the keyboard to better than the average (good distance, no flex) and the touchpad to be just fine.
The touchpad is made of Sentelic, it has limited features, and not work with Linux, and several other brands. the driver with the computer is problematic, but an update on the Vizio website makes the touchpad can be used with smooth two-finger scrolling I have found that this configuration works well for me:..
    1) Download and install new drivers
    2) Disable the named confusing “click pad.” (This is what is usually called tap water below.)
    3) Turn off all gestures except two finger vertical and horizontal scrolling. ‘ br /> After going through these steps, I find the touchpad to be as functional as HP Clickpad from 2011. (In other words, it can be temperamental when resizing windows, but it’s usually not a problem.)
short said, this is a high quality machine at an affordable price Grab it now
