HP has just released this new 7 inch tablet that runs the full version of Windows 8.1.Build quality for the price is surprisingly good. HP managed to get a 7 inch IPS display built into the tablet and it feels solid overall.Performance is actually pretty decent. It has a quad core Intel Atom processor that delivers about the same performance as other Atom based PCs.
