Nice TV. Lacks Amazon. Limited Apps. Highly disappointed. Nice 720p picture. Decent sound. Smart TV functionality lacking. I queried Sony on two different occasions regarding the apps available before purchase. Both responses were beyond poor… links to websites with no relevant information. Based on the apps available on my other older Sony smart tvs, I figured the selection would have these available as a minimum. Wrong. There are several pre-loaded apps: Netflix, YuppTV, 5(infinity symbol), YouTube, Hulu Plus, Crackle, Vudu, Pandora, and Opera TV. Opera TV opens up an app store with all sorts of additional apps you can download (pages of mostly junk apps I’ll never use – my opinion) – but a nice feature. There is no Amazon app available (a non-starter for me), no MLB tv, no NHL, no NBA, PBS etc etc. I truly believe it’s a better bet to buy one of the many other high quality “dumb” tvs at a fraction of the price and add a roku or similar streaming device. The smart tv and internet functionality…
Excellent
