You should try a supplement called Zyflamend for your arthritis. It’s all natural and it is on anti-inflammatory diseases. It could be a week or so to really feel a difference though.

I did this today and boy is it delicious! I have some problems with arthritis and I do not like taking the medication for them. I had read about the emzynes in pineapple, too good for easing the inflammation of arthritis, but I’m not really a pineapple lover, but this is only the flavors combine so well that the pineapple does not really stand. I put some in my agave nectar to make it a little sweeter. Thanks for the recipe.

I do not know how often you need this smoothie. I’m no doctor, so do not speak to certain conditions. Thank you for your understanding. I’m sipping, because it is anti-inflammatory and tastes good and helps my overall health.

Glad to hear it! This has created an original smoothie from Lori and it’s great that you changed it to suit you. And thank you for your review, it allows any opinions other than me 🙂

I love this smoothie! Used 2 teaspoons of the German ‘curry spices “(turmeric and cumin, garlic (!), Fenugreek and coriander) instead of simple turmeric, and I love it. Plus, I do not charge my almond milk (I’m lazy), but it still works!

  6. bitterpurl says:

in any case! I also think because my almond milk has not been sweetened with my smoothie start probably a little more intense. worth it to keep the pain at bay!

  7. bitterpurl says:

only those made with frozen mango, because it’s what I had is, wow, it’s strong and tasty! but man, that really by 1/2tsp turmeric. You may need to add a little nog 😉

  8. blenditandMendit says:

I use to not like ginger and now yearn – to reduce or remove the ginger if necessary the first time you do it – you can always add in a little each time and see how you do.

You are welcome! BTW: I NOG each batch seems to be different. I think it is because of the data, their variety, moisture, softness, soaking time, stirring, etc. So do not fret if they do not look exactly like one of my batches. The VitaMix she whips up all the same. Keep me posted.

Thank you, Jane for sharing Lori recipe. The almond milk smoothie and this are the first things that I have made in my Vita-Mix, and both are delicious. Unfortunately my NOG has not thickened up like yours, but maybe it needs a day that I regularly used water instead of coconut water. Anyway, I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge.

Ok, thanks for the clarification, dass Is there any mixtures that can be safely stored away in the fridge or freezer for later use? How to make your own cranberry vinaigrette dressing would, for example? Love your vids btw!

  13. sashmuscle says:

Hi, I have a question for you. This lockable glass you are drinking from, you save a batch away in the fridge or are you just using it as drinking cups. I was told that smoothies should be drunk immediately, not to save if possible recommended by the oxidation of the fruit / vegetable, and it is.

This phone system makes our business so much more smoothly. We love the flexibility of the 2-line cordless phone with a corded phone. It was easy to learn how to get the keys are sized well, it is backlit, and the options for the ringer allow us to choose a pleasant tone and ringer off option for the night.

This review ( What is it ),

When using 2-phones for over 30 years, I have purchased ( and) rejected many different types and brands of standard desktop “cheapies” to exotic high-dollar high-frequency models. After buying a single line Panasonic multi-handset cordless (KX-TG9331T) a few years ago and with it every day without a single problem, I decided to try the 2-Line DECT 6.0 multi-line multi-handset model, and It has performed as well as its predecessor
Pros:. Excellent range (over 700), Easily replaceable AAA batteries, easy to setup and install, and very solid construction. Can switch phones or join conference with one touch. For single 4-wire or 2-wire double-RJ-12 connector. Built-in answering machine. Excellent voice quality time battery life (over 5 hours on a single conference call!). Speakerphone option is crystal clear and loud enough to actually hear
    Cons: None.
Overview: This is by far the best multi-line cordless kit you can buy, and for the price point, it beats many of the other more expensive models even my $ 1,100.00 RF system. After Panasonic cordless phones used for more than five years, they are now the only phone I use at home and at work.

very clear reception base unit would benefit from backlighting phonebook entries.. . are also somewhat awkward inability to tag names of the handsets is also a nuisance
